ICPMN determines the purposes and means of processing personal data collected through this website, including registration for the National Forum of Ethnic Minorities 2026.
2. Data we collect
Registration form
Registration for the Forum is done through Google Forms. When you submit the form, Google processes your answers as a service provider, and ICPMN receives the responses in order to organise participation. Depending on the form, this may include identification details, contact data, participation category, transport needs, motivation answers, declared ethnic group and session preference.
Newsletter
If you subscribe, we process your e-mail address and related consent in order to send Forum updates.
Cookie consent
When you set cookie preferences, we record the date and time, accepted or rejected categories, banner version, IP address and, where applicable, the browser. This is used to document your choice and to comply with Law No. 195/2024.
Technical data
The site uses strictly necessary cookies (for example session and CSRF protection). Analytics and marketing cookies are used only if you allow them.
3. Purposes
We process data in order to:
- register and manage participation in the 2026 Forum;
- communicate about registration, the programme, transport and logistics;
- organise parallel sessions and the event experience;
- send news if you subscribed to the newsletter;
- secure, operate and improve the website;
- meet legal obligations, including consent records.
4. Legal basis
We process data on the basis of:
- consent — for Forum registration (Google Form), the newsletter and optional cookies;
- legitimate interest — for the technical operation and security of the site;
- legal obligation — where the law requires us to keep certain records.
The ethnic-group field, if present on the Google Form, is a special category of data. We process it only if you provide it and confirm consent to personal-data processing. The organiser may use it for community representation and aggregated event statistics.
5. Recipients
Data may be accessed by ICPMN staff involved in organising the Forum. Registration answers are collected through Google Forms and stored in Google’s systems, then used by the organiser. Technical providers who host or maintain the site may have limited access strictly to operate the platform.
We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
6. Retention
We keep registration data for the organisation of the 2026 edition and a reasonable period afterwards, as needed for records, reporting to organising partners and handling requests. Consent logs are kept for as long as needed to demonstrate your choice. You may request erasure, within the limits set by law.
7. Your rights
You may request:
- access to your data;
- rectification of inaccurate data;
- erasure, where the law allows;
- restriction of processing;
- objection to certain processing;
- withdrawal of consent, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.
To exercise these rights, write to office@icpmn.md or call 0790 92 841.
If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the National Center for Personal Data Protection (CNPDCP) — datepersonale.md.
8. Cookies
We use necessary cookies to run the site. Analytics cookies and marketing cookies (including YouTube) are activated only after your consent. The contact map uses a Google Maps embed. You can change your cookie choice at any time via Cookie settings. Full details: Cookie Policy.
