1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use browser local storage to remember your consent preferences. Some cookies are strictly necessary. Analytics and marketing cookies are activated only if you allow them.

3. Cookie categories
Necessary
These make the site work: the session, form protection (CSRF) and correct page display. They are always on and cannot be turned off in the banner.
Analytics
These help us understand how the site is used (pages visited, errors). We do not load analytics tools until you choose this category.
Marketing
These allow third-party content, in particular YouTube videos. They load only after your consent.
4. Cookies and storage used on this site
| Name | Type | Duration | Purpose |
|---|---|---|---|
| laravel-session | Necessary | Session | Keeps your browsing session. |
| XSRF-TOKEN | Necessary | Session | Protects forms against forged requests. |
| fnm_gdpr_consent | Necessary (localStorage) | Until you clear site data | Stores the cookie categories you accepted or rejected. |
When you save preferences in the banner, we record on the server the date, chosen categories, banner version, IP address and browser, so we can demonstrate consent under Law No. 195/2024.
5. Third-party content and resources
After marketing consent, the following may load:
- YouTube (Google) — embedded videos, which may set their own cookies.
The contact section loads a Google Maps embed to show the event venue. Google may set its own cookies and process your IP address as an independent controller.
For page display, the site uses locally hosted fonts (Poppins, Inter). Font Awesome icons are loaded from a content-delivery network. That provider may process your IP address as an independent controller under its own policy.
6. How to control your choice
A banner appears on the first visit. You can accept optional cookies or reject them. Detailed category choices (analytics, marketing) are available via Cookie settings.
You can change or withdraw consent at any time via Cookie settings in the footer. You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser settings.
